IMPORTANT NOTICE UPDATE 12/8/2020

Dear Living Hope,

Praise God with me that the Tyson family is recovering from COVID 19! We have no other reports of positive tests, praise the Lord again!!! Thank you for praying. Continue to pray with me for the Tysons and for the general well-being of our church family physically and spiritually.
We will resume in person services this week, continuing to follow the guidelines outlined in our 11/24/2020 update found on this webpage. We will also steadfastly sanitize the building to provide you a clean and safe environment. And of course, we will continue to provide our services livestream via Facebook and YouTube.
Thank you for your patience, sensitivity, and prayerfulness during this time. With God’s help, we will persevere! Don’t give up Church! Keep fighting the good fight of faith according to 1 Timothy 6:12, and battle with us in the Spirit against the enemy as the Bible says:
Ephesians 6:12 “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
Thank you,
With much love and prayers,
In Christ,
Pastor Jim

IMPORTANT NOTICE UPDATE 11/24/2020

Dear Living Hope Family,

Again, thank you for all of your patience and prayerful consideration during this trying time. In light of the recent increase of COVID 19 cases we have removed every other row of seats in our sanctuary to create a more socially distanced environment.  We are asking that everyone wear a face mask upon entering the church building and while walking around. You may remove the mask while sitting and maintaining social distancing. Masks are available on the ledge at the entrance of the church if you need one. Please continue to pray for us as we seek God’s will in these decisions.

We truly love and appreciate each and every one of you, and pray God’s blessing on your life. Please join us in house and/or Livestream as the Lord leads you.

And continue to employ these verses:

Ephesians 4:2-3 “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”
Hebrews 10:25 “not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.”

Lord bless you!
Contact me with any questions or concerns,
Love,
Pastor Jim

IMPORTANT NOTICE UPDATE 5/19/2020

Dear Living Hope Family,

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this time of transition back into our building. Thank you to all those who are still joining us livestream from home and the parking lot. I’m grateful you are still with us virtually. Many of you have expressed that you just aren’t ready yet and I want you to know that’s completely ok. We are here to support you in whatever you choose and are here when you are ready. We had higher than I expected in house attendance this past Sunday and we praise God for that. But to keep everyone safe, in our small building, we are strongly recommending everyone to wear face masks and spread out in the sanctuary as much as possible. We will make masks available to you if you need. Thank you for being thoughtful of others with your kindness, patience and sensitivity when it comes to this matter.

Remember this verse
Ephesians 4:2-3 “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

Lastly — this Wednesday night, 5/20/2020, will still be Livestream Only as we work out some logistics. Thank you all for your patience.
If you would like to see the previous Important Notice please find it here with all our guidelines

IMPORTANT NOTICE UPDATE 5/15/2020

Dear Living Hope Family,

Thank you very much for your prayers, support, patience and cooperation during this time of unrest and uncertainty. The Lord has blessed us and kept us safe with psalm 91 coverage and we are grateful. Praise Jesus!!! We have also seen God do great things in the middle of this. While the devil meant to use this pandemic to shut down the church, God has brought the church to every home. Much good fruit has been born from this— pray that the fruit remains. After much prayer we have decided the following:

  1. Church doors are open. Church facility will be thoroughly sanitized each week.

  1. Please practice social distancing. Spread out in sanctuary as much as possible.

  1. Use sanitary stations and bathroom sanitation whenever possible coming and going.

  1. Lovingly Respect others convictions about face masks, distance and choices of attendance.

  1. Stay home if you are sick or call us and we can come out to the parking lot or your home and anoint you with oil and pray for you.

  1. If you are not comfortable returning yet, we totally respect that. Join us livestream from your home or our parking lot. We will keep this going. See our website for details livinghopeag.org

  1. Children’s Church & Nursery are not available yet. However if you choose to come with kids, the area downstairs will be available for you to watch them. We will livestream to a flat screen down there for your convenience.

We look forward to seeing everyone real soon in person. But we understand it may take some time for that to fully happen. Please be patient with each other as we all work on moving forward into territory none of us have ventured yet.

Be reminded of this scripture:
Ephesians 4:2-3 “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

Lord bless you guys! Feel free to call us with any concerns or questions.

Love,
Pastor Jim
